Job Summary

The Counter Sales Executive is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by assisting customers in selecting jewellery, explaining product features, achieving sales targets, and maintaining the highest standards of customer service and store presentation.

• Key Responsibilities : Welcome customers warmly and understand their jewellery requirements.
• Showcase gold, diamond, platinum, and gemstone jewellery collections.
• Explain product features, designs, pricing, purity, certification, and offers.
• Build customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and repeat business.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Handle billing, POS transactions, and customer documentation accurately.
• Assist customers with exchange, repair, and after-sales services.
• Maintain visual merchandising and cleanliness of the showroom.
• Ensure accurate stock handling and inventory support.
• Follow company policies related to security, cash handling, and compliance.
• Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and festive sales campaigns.
