Corporate Trainer – Excel & Productivity Tools

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Trainer who will be responsible for training employees on productivity tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and other new digital technologies. The trainer will help employees improve their technical skills and work efficiency through structured training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions for employees on Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and other productivity tools.
• Train employees on advanced Excel functions, data analysis, and reporting techniques.
• Prepare training materials, presentations, and practical exercises.
• Identify skill gaps and design training programs accordingly.
• Support employees in learning new technologies and digital tools used in the organization.
• Monitor employee progress and provide feedback after training sessions.
• Maintain training records and prepare reports on training effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
• Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets.
• Good understanding of new digital tools and technologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Prior training or teaching experience is preferred.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for employees.

Experience: 1–3 years preferred
