▪Responsible for handling escalated NCs (All NCs in inward, inprocess, PCB QC) and

ensure strict corrective and preventive action.

▪Final QC before dispatch.

▪Handle NC escalation with sub assemblers and suppliers

Flag escalations

▪Root cause analysis of every service failures and strictly ensure the corrective and

preventive action implementation, flag escalations with design head.

▪Convene a weekly meeting with the engineering team to discuss failures,

implementations and to assess the progress in continous improvement.

▪Preventive action implimentation planning and progress review 3days in a week.

▪Update all new products documents including CAD drawing as per ISO

▪Internal auditing to assess compliance to existing QMS.
