Job Description
Operate CNC Turning (Lathe) machines safely and efficiently.
Load and unload raw materials and finished components.
Read and understand engineering drawings and process sheets.
Perform tool offset corrections and basic machine adjustments.
Measure components using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, and Height Gauge.
Inspect parts to ensure they meet dimensional and quality requirements.
Change cutting tools and inserts when required.
Monitor machine performance and report abnormalities.
Maintain production records and inspection reports.
Follow 5S, safety, and company quality procedures.
