Job Description
- Machine Setup & Operation: Install/calibrate tools and load programs or input coordinates for turning and milling.
- Quality & Maintenance: Inspect parts against blueprints using precision tools, perform daily machine maintenance, and troubleshoot tool wear or malfunctions.
- Documentation: Maintain production logs, inventory, and quality charts.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma/GED; ITI certificate or mechanical/machining diploma is a plus.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on CNC lathe operation.
- Technical Skills: Ability to read mechanical drawings
