Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with supervisors and promoters regarding daily attendance, campaign updates, and field activities.
- Coordinate with field teams to ensure smooth execution of BTL marketing campaigns.
- Maintain promoter databases and update records regularly.
- Perform data entry and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Manage vendor follow-ups and coordinate manpower requirements.
- Track campaign progress and collect updates from the field team.
- Ensure timely submission of reports and operational data.
- Maintain proper documentation and records related to promoters, vendors, and campaigns.
- Support the operations team in day-to-day coordination activities.
- Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English and local languages.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good organizational and record-keeping abilities.
