About the role

We’re looking for an organised, enthusiastic and curious individual to join our client servicing team. You will support client communication and coordinate with our strategy, design, content and digital teams to keep projects moving smoothly.

This is an opportunity to learn how brands are built while developing practical skills in client management and agency operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support the client servicing team in managing day-to-day client requirements.
• Understand client requests and help translate them into clear internal briefs.
• Coordinate with creative and digital teams on deliverables, timelines and revisions.
• Attend client meetings, prepare minutes and track action points.
• Maintain project trackers, feedback records and approval status.
• Check deliverables against briefs for accuracy, completeness and consistency before review.
• Assist with presentations, proposals, content calendars and work reports.
• Research client brands, competitors and category trends.
• Flag delays, unclear feedback or changes in scope to the reporting manager promptly.

What we’re looking for

• A graduate in marketing, communications, advertising, business administration or a related field.
• Freshers or candidates with up to one year of relevant experience; agency internships are an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Good organisational skills, attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively.
• Working knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Google Workspace.
• An interest in branding, design, advertising and social media.
• A proactive attitude, willingness to ask questions and openness to feedback.
