About the Role

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Client Executive to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with clients while ensuring a smooth onboarding and support experience.

• Key ResponsibilitiesContact and interact with prospective and existing clients.
• Understand client requirements and provide appropriate information about the company's services.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely client support.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM or Excel.
• Build long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups.
• Resolve client queries professionally and escalate issues when required.
• Achieve daily and monthly client engagement targets.
• Prepare basic reports on lead status and client feedback.
• Required Skills Good communication skills in English and at least one regional language (Malayalam or Hindi ).
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn.
• Eligibility Any Bachelor's Degree (2nd PUC pass).
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in customer service, sales, telecalling, or client handling is an added advantage.
