Job Title: Chinese Chef – Pan Asian Cuisine
Job Overview:We are looking for an experienced Chinese Chef specializing in Pan-Asian cuisine to join our kitchen team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing authentic and high-quality dishes while maintaining consistency, taste, and presentation.
- Key Responsibilities:Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese and Pan-Asian dishes (Chinese, Thai, Asian fusion)
- Ensure authentic taste, quality, and presentation of all dishes
- Handle wok cooking and maintain proper cooking techniques
- Plan menus and suggest new dishes
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen
