Role Overview

The Billing Executive ensures accurate and efficient billing

while supporting smooth checkout operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Generate accurate bills using POS systems

Handle cash, card, UPI, and digital payments

Ensure invoice accuracy and compliance

Manage end-of-day cash reconciliation

Support sales team during peak hours

Maintain billing records and reports

Qualifications & Skills

POS and billing system knowledge

Attention to detail

Basic accounting understanding preferred

Billing Executive – Good to Have

Exposure to retail or product-based billing environments.

Familiarity with POS systems, billing software, or invoice formats.

Basic Excel knowledge for daily billing, cash, and sales reports.

Understanding of product codes, SKUs, and catalogue-based billing.
