- Handle inbound and outbound student inquiries via calls, emails, and chats
- Counsel students on graduate and post-graduate courses and career opportunities
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs
- Convert leads into enrollments through effective counselling and sales techniques
- Maintain follow-ups with prospective students and nurture leads
- Achieve monthly/quarterly admission targets
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and updates in CRM
- Collaborate with marketing and academic teams for lead management
- Ensure a smooth admission process and positive candidate experience
