Car Mechanic

Technician Criteria-

1. Above 3 years of car technician/mechanic experience.

2. No service advisor experience.

3. No commercial vehicle experience.

4. No rival company experience i.e., Cars24.

5. No Plant/manufacturing-based experience.

KRA –

1. 2. Identify and repair issues in used vehicles.

Strong knowledge of vehicle components such as installs, repairs, maintenance&

Repairs, etc. Repairs knowledge is mandatory.

Senior Technician Criteria-

1. Above 5 years of car technician/mechanic experience

2. No service advisor experience.

3. No commercial vehicle experience.

4. No rival company experience i.e., Cars24

5. No Plant/manufacturing-based experience.

KRA –
