• Job ResponsibilitiesSafely transport passengers to their destinations while following all traffic rules and regulations.
• Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of passengers.
• Maintain a professional, courteous, and respectful attitude toward customers.
• Keep the vehicle clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues promptly.
• Use GPS or navigation apps to determine the most efficient routes.
• Assist passengers with luggage when required.
• Maintain accurate trip records and comply with company policies.
• Ensure passenger safety and comfort throughout the journey.
• Follow all company guidelines regarding vehicle usage and customer service.
• RequirementsValid LMV (Light Motor Vehicle) Driving License.
• Minimum 1–2 years of professional driving experience (preferred).
• Good knowledge of local roads and traffic regulations.
• Ability to use GPS and smartphone applications.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Punctual, reliable, and responsible.
• Clean driving record with no major traffic violations.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, if required.
• Basic ability to read and communicate in Kannada; knowledge of Hindi and English is an added advantage.
• Must provide valid identity and address proof and undergo background verification as per company policy.
