Job Summary

The Business Development Executive (BDE) will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, handling customer inquiries, conducting site visits, coordinating with technical teams, and achieving sales targets for elevator installations and modernization projects.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities for elevators and lift solutions.
  • Meet builders, architects, contractors, consultants, and individual customers.
  • Generate leads through field visits, references, and market research.
  • Conduct client meetings and explain elevator specifications, features, and pricing.
  • Coordinate with the design and technical team for quotations and project requirements.
  • Follow up with customers for approvals and order closures.
  • Maintain customer relationships and ensure timely communication.
  • Prepare sales reports, daily updates, and pipeline tracking.
  • Coordinate with installation and service teams during project execution.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Handle negotiation and commercial discussions professionally.
  • Required SkillsStrong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Basic technical understanding of elevators/lifts is preferred.
  • Ability to handle customer interactions independently.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
  • Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
  • Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings.


Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
  • Prior experience in elevator, construction, real estate, or industrial sales is preferred.
  • Experience0–3 years of experience in sales or business development.
  • SalaryBased on experience and performance.


Reporting To: Sales Manager / Managing Director

Additional Requirements

  • Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
  • Knowledge of local market and builders network is an advantage.
