Business Development Executive (BDE)

Source and onboard new residential and commercial real estate projects.

Build and maintain strong relationships with builders and developers.

Register new builders and projects under the company's Channel Partner (CP) network.

Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the project portfolio.

Coordinate with developers to collect project details, pricing, inventory, and marketing materials.

Support the sales team by providing project information, updates, and sales enablement.

Contribute to overall sales growth by ensuring the availability of quality projects and generating business opportunities.

Conduct market research to identify upcoming projects and emerging real estate trends.

Prepare regular reports on project sourcing, CP registrations, and business development activities.
