Role Overview We are looking for an energetic and confident Business Development Executive to help grow company network and generate business opportunities within the corporate interiors and workplace sector. Female candidates are preferred for this role. This is a completely office-based position.

• Key Responsibilities Generate leads for workplace interior and design-build projects
• Conduct client meetings and manage relationships
• Coordinate with developers, PMCs, brokers, and corporate clients
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams
• Follow up on proposals and support project conversions
• Conduct market research and identify business growth opportunities
• Support branding, networking, and business promotion activities
• Preferred Skills Strong communication and presentation skills
• Excellent client handling and negotiation abilities
• Passion for sales, networking, and business growth
• Self-motivated and target-oriented approach
• Preferred Experience 1–5 years of experience in business development, interiors, corporate sales, or real estate
• Compensation Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
