Business Development Executive (BDE)

Key Responsibilities & Goals

1. Lead Conversion Excellence: Your primary goal is to transform raw data and cold leads into active loan applicants by building immediate trust and interest.
2. Customer "Turning" Specialist: You will be responsible for identifying customer needs and successfully "turning" hesitant callers into motivated borrowers.
3. Effective Pitching: Clearly communicating the benefits of our loan products to ensure customers choose Brunda Financial Services over competitors.
4. Data Management: Efficiently calling through daily provided data sets and maintaining a high volume of quality conversations.
5. Objection Handling: Confidently addressing customer concerns regarding interest rates or eligibility to keep the lead active.
6. End-to-End Coordination: Following up with interested customers until they have successfully submitted their initial documentation for processing.
