Job Summary

The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, acquiring clients, developing franchise opportunities, and achieving revenue targets. The role involves building strong customer relationships, conducting market research, presenting business proposals, and supporting the company's growth objectives.


Key Responsibilities


Sales & Business Development


Generate new business leads through various channels.

Identify potential customers and business opportunities.

Conduct cold calls, emails, and client meetings.

Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

Prepare and present business proposals.

Negotiate commercial terms and close deals.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.


Corporate Sales


Acquire corporate catering and canteen management contracts.

Develop relationships with HR, Administration, and Procurement teams.

Conduct client presentations and product demonstrations.

Manage key corporate accounts.


Franchise Development


Generate franchise inquiries.

Explain franchise business models and investment opportunities.

Conduct franchise presentations.

Coordinate with prospective franchise partners.

Support franchise onboarding activities.


Customer Relationship Management


Maintain customer records in CRM.

Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Handle client queries and coordinate resolutions.

Build long-term business relationships.


Market Research


Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Identify new business opportunities.

Provide market intelligence to management.
