Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Role and Responsibilities:

•  Generate Home Loan leads from open market and through different channels.
•  Will be responsible for meeting with Builders, Property Dealer for lead generation for home loan Sales
•  Develop and maintain relationships with clients for repeat business and referral/s
•  Implement and develop sales activities to achieve target.
•  Arrange loan events
•  Handle product queries and service issues.
•  Meeting clients, verify documents, process file, co-ordinate for sanction/disbursement of loan, personalized service to clients.
•  Ensure the achievement of given business targets.
•  Responsible to meet the Monthly and Quarterly Disbursement and Revenue goals
•  Render prompt post-sales service to customers.
•  Strategize and interact closely with the supervisor on delivering on Business nos.
•  Work collectively with the supervisor and conduct joint sales calls whenever required
•  Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory
