Job Description

About the RoleRelicomp Elevators is seeking a dynamic and target-oriented Business Development Executive to drive sales growth and expand our customer base for elevators, lifts, escalators, modernization, and maintenance services. The candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building relationships with builders, architects, consultants, and facility management companies, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities for elevator installation, modernization
  • Identify and approach potential clients including builders, developers, architects, contractors, hospitals, hotels, educational institutions, commercial complexes, and residential projects.
  • Conduct market research to identify upcoming construction projects and business opportunities.
  • Schedule client meetings, conduct site visits, and understand customer requirements.
  • Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals in coordination with the engineering team.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales successfully.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with project, installation, and service teams for smooth project execution.
  • Maintain sales pipeline and update customer information in CRM systems.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Track competitor activities, market trends, and industry developments.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
  • Experience in elevators, construction, building materials, engineering products, HVAC, or industrial equipment is preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
  • Preferred SkillsKnowledge of elevator and escalator products and industry standards.
  • Understanding of construction and infrastructure projects.
  • Experience handling B2B sales and key accounts.
  • Strong lead generation and conversion capabilities.
