Job Description
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Reach out to prospective clients through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and virtual or in-person meetings.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products and services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Product teams to develop effective business development strategies.
- Follow up with prospects and ensure timely conversion of leads into customers.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Required SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Good negotiation and convincing skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach.
- Strong presentation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
