Job Description
Position: Real Estate InternAbout the InternshipPremier Real Estate Services Pvt. Ltd. is offering an exciting internship opportunity for enthusiastic and motivated individuals who are looking to gain practical experience in the real estate industry. This internship will provide exposure to sales, marketing, customer relationship management, and business operations.
- Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the sales team in lead generation and client follow-ups.
- Support property listings and maintain property databases.
- Coordinate site visits and customer interactions.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations.
- Support digital marketing and social media activities.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
- Assist in administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
- Eligibility CriteriaPursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Real Estate, or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
