•  Key ResponsibilitiesBranch Gold Operations: Assist with day-to-day Gold Loan operations and administrative data entry and Backend Followups.
• Customer Service: Handle customer queries and maintain good client relationships.
• Sales & Marketing: Support the team in finding new clients, retaining existing ones, and running local promotional activities through inhouse Calls
