Branch Head (Sales) – IT Rentals

About Sumo Technologies

Sumo Technologies is looking for an experienced Branch Head – Sales to lead and grow our IT Hardware Rental & Corporate Solutions business in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive B2B Sales & Business Development and achieve branch revenue targets.

Acquire and manage Corporate, IT, MNC & Enterprise clients.

Drive sales for IT Hardware Rentals, Laptop/Desktop Rentals, IT Equipment Leasing and Corporate IT Solutions.

Manage the complete sales cycle: Lead Generation → Presales → Negotiation → Closure.

Develop new markets, business opportunities and corporate relationships.

Lead, mentor and monitor the Sales / Business Development Team.

Handle client meetings, presentations, proposals and commercial negotiations.

Monitor sales pipeline, revenue, collections and customer relationships.

Ensure customer satisfaction, client retention and repeat business.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of customer requirements.

Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.

Candidate Profile :

8+ years of relevant IT Hardware industry experience is mandatory.

Experience in IT Hardware Sales / Rentals / Leasing / Corporate IT Solutions.

Strong B2B sales, business development and corporate client acquisition experience.

Experience handling large IT companies, MNCs and corporate clients preferred.

Proven team-handling and sales leadership experience.

Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

Target-oriented with strong revenue-generation capabilities.

Two-wheeler is mandatory.

Male candidates preferred.

Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
