Branch Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Booking and Scheduling: Manage day-to-day cargo bookings and dispatch vehicles for goods
• Real-time Monitoring: Track vehicle movements using GPS systems and transport management software (TMS) to monitor delays, unauthorized stops, or route deviations
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain daily transport logs, MIS reports, vehicle check-sheets, and ensure compliance with transport regulations.
• Operational Support: Handle emergency transport adjustments, cancellations, and special booking requests.
• Customer/Employee Support: Act as the first point of contact for transportation queries, complaints, and escalations, providing timely resolution.
