Job Description

·        Coordinate with customers to collect payments on time

·        Generate and share invoices/bills using ERP software

·        Confirm payments received and update records in the system

·        Follow up with customers for pending or delayed payments

·        Resolve any billing or payment-related issues

·        Maintain proper records of all transactions

·        Work with accounts team to ensure accurate billing and reconciliation
