About the Role :

CredNxt Consulting is looking for a dynamic and energetic Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing to support business growth across our Real Estate, Financial Services, and Consulting verticals.


The ideal candidate should have prior experience in Real Estate, FMCG, Insurance, or related sales-driven industries and possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Generate and qualify leads through field activities, referrals, digital platforms, and networking.
  • Meet prospective customers and explain company products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and business associates.
  • Conduct site visits, client meetings, and follow-up activities.
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Maintain customer data, sales reports, and pipeline updates.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, events, and marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in Real Estate, FMCG, Insurance, Banking, or Sales & Marketing roles.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Kannada.
  • Good negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools is an added advantage.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel within Bengaluru.
