Architect

• Assist senior architects with conceptual design development.
• Prepare initial sketches, CAD drawings, and 3D models.
• Research and develop design ideas under supervision.
• Technical Drafting and DocumentationCreate detailed architectural drawings, floor plans, and elevations using software like AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.
• Assist with preparing technical documents and construction documents for building permits.
• Ensure that designs adhere to local building codes, regulations, and zoning laws.
• Project CoordinationCommunicate with clients, contractors, and engineers to ensure design expectations and requirements are met.
• Coordinate with other team members (e.g., structural engineers, interior designers) to integrate all aspects of the design.
• Attend site meetings and help document any decisions or changes made.
• Site Visits and SurveysConduct site visits to observe construction progress and ensure designs are being executed correctly.
• Assist in conducting site analysis and surveys for potential new projects.
