AI Creative Generalist — Images & Video Generation Department: Digital Marketing | Location: Bengaluru (On-site) | Type: Full-time |

We are looking for an AI Creative Generalist who can produce high-quality images and videos using modern generative AI tools — increasing our creative output for ads and social content without proportional cost increase.

You will work at the intersection of prompt craft, visual taste and marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities •

Generate ad-ready images and video assets using current generative AI tools — Kling, Hailuo (MiniMax), Higgsfield, Veo, PixVerse, Runway (video); Gemini Nano Banana, Midjourney (images); ElevenLabs (voiceover).

•Produce cinematic B-roll, lifestyle scenes, sky/nature/city ambience and concept visuals for real estate campaigns — as per brand and compliance guidelines.

• Strictly follow the compliance rule: never generate or extend actual property/building visuals; only official developer renders may be used for buildings — AI is for supporting visuals only.

• Build and maintain a prompt library and style presets so creative output stays consistent across projects.

• Create 5–10 distinct creative concepts per campaign in collaboration with the content writer and video editor.

• Upscale, retouch and prepare assets in correct aspect ratios for Meta (9:16, 4:5, 1:1) and YouTube (16:9).

• Stay current with new AI tools and model updates; test and recommend tools that improve quality or reduce cost.

• Ensure all generated assets pass a human review for accuracy and RERA/brand compliance before publishing. Requirements

• 3–6 months of hands-on experience with generative AI tools (professional or serious personal projects), with a portfolio of AI-generated images/videos demonstrating strong prompt control and visual taste.

• Hands-on experience with at least 2–3 current AI generation tools such as Kling, Hailuo (MiniMax), Higgsfield, Veo, Gemini Nano Banana or Midjourney — able to show actual outputs you have created.

• Understanding of composition, lighting and colour — able to judge and iterate output, not just generate it.

• Basic editing skills (Photoshop/Canva for images; any NLE for trimming/assembling video clips).

• Organised asset management — naming, folders, versioning. Good to Have

• Experience creating ad creatives for Meta/Google campaigns.

• Familiarity with image-to-video workflows and negative prompting.

• Motion graphics basics (After Effects/CapCut effects).

• Interest in real estate or architectural visualisation.

Compensation As per industry standards, based on experience and portfolio.
