Job Description

Manage daily clinic activities.

Coordinate with all staff and departments.

Maintain staff attendance and leave records.

Monitor staff timings and discipline.

Allocate daily work to staff.

Follow up on pending work.

Coordinate daily team meetings.

Prepare daily and monthly reports.

Maintain employee documents and records.

Coordinate recruitment and staff joining formalities.

Monitor medicine and clinic stock.

Update stock and arrange reordering when required.

Coordinate with vendors and suppliers.

Check purchase and delivery requirements.

Maintain bills and payment records.

Prepare monthly expense and payment lists.

Coordinate between Mysore and Bangalore branches.

Monitor clinic cleanliness and housekeeping.

Coordinate maintenance and repair work.

Monitor patient follow-ups and feedback.

Ensure staff follow clinic SOPs and rules.

Follow up on Management instructions.
