Job Description – Retail Store Executive / Admin

Handle daily administrative and operational activities related to retail stores.

Coordinate with store managers and staff for daily updates, requirements, and pending tasks.

Maintain and update store-related reports, trackers, and records in Excel/Google Sheets.

Coordinate between retail stores, warehouse, accounts, merchandising, and management teams.

Ensure assigned tasks are completed within timelines and escalate delays or issues promptly.

Maintain and update store-related reports, trackers, and records in Excel/Google Sheets.

Track and ensure timely payment of electricity bills for all stores.

Track and ensure timely payment of internet/Wi-Fi bills and other store utility bills.

Maintain a proper monthly tracker for electricity, internet, rent-related, and other recurring store expenses.

Check for unusually high electricity or utility bills and report any discrepancies.

Coordinate with internet service providers in case of network issues, downtime, or billing problems.

Regularly check and follow up on store maintenance requirements such as electrical issues, plumbing, AC, lights, fixtures, furniture, signage, CCTV, and other repairs.

Coordinate with vendors/technicians for maintenance and repair work.

Maintain a maintenance tracker showing the issue, store name, date reported, person/vendor assigned, cost, status, and completion date.
