Job DescriptionRadikem Biotech is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting and financial activities. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles, strong attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
• Prepare invoices, vouchers, receipts, and payment records.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable.
• Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate books of accounts and supporting documents.
• Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements.
• Prepare basic financial reports and statements.
• Monitor expenses and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Coordinate with internal teams for accounting-related requirements.
• Ensure proper filing and maintenance of financial documents.
• Requirements1–10 years of experience in accounting or a related role.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
• Experience with Tally/ERP and MS Excel will be preferred.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
