Job Description
Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
Prepare and maintain invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts.
Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts.
Process supplier payments and follow up on outstanding receivables.
Maintain travel booking accounts, hotel, airline, and vendor settlements.
Prepare GST reports and assist with tax compliance.
Record and monitor cash flow, expenses, and petty cash.
Generate MIS reports and financial statements for management.
Coordinate with clients and vendors regarding billing and payment issues.
Ensure accurate financial records and compliance with company policies.
