A real estate sales executive drives revenue by guiding clients through buying, selling, or leasing properties. They manage the entire sales lifecycle—from prospecting and lead generation to property tours, price negotiation, and contract closure—while building lasting client relationships and meeting defined sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Source new sales opportunities through outbound calling, networking, and lead-tracking platforms.
• Client Consultation: Understand buyers' and sellers' needs, financial capabilities, and preferences to propose suitable properties.
• Site Visits & Showings: Coordinate and conduct property viewings, highlighting key features, amenities, and investment potential.
• Negotiation & Closing: Mediate negotiations between buyers and sellers, draft purchase agreements, and facilitate the transaction process through to closure.
• Market Knowledge: Monitor local property values, competitor activity, and broader real estate trends to provide expert advice.
• Relationship Management: Maintain an active CRM database of clients to secure repeat business and referrals.
