Job Profile: Recruiter/ Sr Recruiter

Job Location: Belgavi, Karnataka

Experience: 1 – 5 years

Qualification: PGDM, MBA (HR), Graduation with experience

Salary: Upto 30 k Depending upon your interview and skills + Incentives

Job Type: Full time- Onsite/ 6 Days in a week 

Week Off: Sunday (6 Days working)

Role & Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing to onboarding)

• Post job openings on job portals and social platforms

• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates

• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further interview rounds

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements

• Maintain candidate database and track hiring progress

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline

• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience

• Prepare offer letters and assist in onboarding

Required Skills:

• Good understanding of recruitment processes

• Ability to manage multiple roles at once

• Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and HR tools
