Job Description

• Prepare architectural concept, schematic, and detailed design drawings.
• Develop presentation drawings, working drawings, and construction documentation.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, BIM, and other multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, standards, and client requirements.
• Assist in preparing design reports, specifications, and BOQs.
• Review shop drawings and respond to site-related technical queries.
• Participate in client meetings and design review discussions.
• Support project delivery within defined timelines and quality standards.
• Coordinate with site teams during the construction phase, as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognized university.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in architectural design.
• Experience in commercial projects (such as office buildings, hotels, hospitals, mixed-use developments, etc.) is mandatory. Airport project experience will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, and MS Office.
• Knowledge of BIM workflows is preferred.
• Good understanding of building bye-laws, NBC, and construction detailing.
• Strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
