Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to manage and improve our paper plate manufacturing operations. The candidate will be responsible for achieving production targets, managing manpower, maintaining quality, and improving overall production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete production activities of the factory.

• Plan daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.

• Handle production team, supervisors, operators, and workers.

• Improve machine productivity and reduce downtime.

• Ensure quality control and minimize production wastage.

• Monitor raw material consumption and production output.

• Maintain daily production reports and performance records.

• Identify production issues and implement corrective actions.

• Coordinate with maintenance team for machine breakdown and preventive maintenance.

• Develop proper production systems and SOPs.

• Train workers and improve their efficiency.

• Maintain discipline and safety standards on the shop floor.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in paper plate / disposable product manufacturing preferred.

• Minimum 5 years experience in production management.

• Good knowledge of manpower handling and production planning.

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to achieve production targets and improve processes.
