Roles & Responsibilities

 Installation of EV lithium ion batteries in e-rickshaws.

 Provide service, maintenance, and troubleshooting support for EV batteries.

 Visit customer and dealer locations for battery installation and service activities.

 Diagnose and resolve basic electrical and battery-related issues.

 Ensure timely completion of field service requests.

 Educate customers on proper battery usage and maintenance.

 Maintain daily service reports and installation records.

 Ensure safe handling of lithium batteries during installation and servicing..

Note : The candidate should be flexible to travel to locations such as muzzafarpur , samastipur , hajjipur .
