Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Vertical Machining Center (VMC) machines efficiently and safely.
• Load and unload workpieces and ensure proper machine setup.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and job specifications.
• Perform tool setting, tool offset adjustments, and basic machine troubleshooting.
• Inspect machined components using measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.
• Maintain dimensional accuracy and surface finish as per quality standards.
• Record production data and report any machine or quality issues to the supervisor.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain 5S standards in the work area.
• RequirementsITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
• 1–5 years of experience operating VMC machines.
• Knowledge of engineering drawings and measuring instruments.
• Basic understanding of tooling, machining processes, and machine maintenance.
• Ability to work in shifts and as part of a team.
