Personally visit and maintain daily/weekly contact with all dealers and retailers in the territory. Find and appoint new cement dealers/retailer in your assigned city or district.Create and execute localized market plans alone to increase product visibility and beat local competitors.
Market Mapping: Conduct daily field visits to monitor market demand, competitor pricing, and stock availability.
Skills: Strong team handling skills, deep knowledge of the local geography, and excellent negotiation skills.
