Job Description
Prepare authentic Chinese dishes including appetizers, soups, noodles, rice, gravies, and stir-fried items.
Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all dishes.
Ensure proper food preparation, storage, and hygiene standards are followed.
Monitor food stock and report inventory requirements.
Minimize food wastage and maintain cost control.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and work area.
Coordinate with the Head Chef and kitchen staff for smooth operations.
Follow all hotel policies, food safety, and hygiene regulations.
