Salesperson / Showroom Executive Required

We are hiring a full-time Showroom Salesperson / Executive for our tiles, marble, granite, sanitaryware & bathroom fittings showroom.

Monthly Earning: ₹12,000 – ₹65,000

Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000/month

Timing: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Weekly Holiday: 1 day/week

Probation: 15 days

Incentive Slab:

₹6L–₹8L sales: 1%

₹8L–₹11L sales: 1.25%

₹11L–₹15L sales: 1.5%

₹15L–₹21L sales: 1.75%

₹21L+ sales: 2%

Example:

If sales performance is high, monthly incentive can go up to ₹40,000+, making total earning around ₹55,000/month.

Benefits:

Monthly incentive paid on 6th of every month, one month salary annual bonus, 10–12 paid holidays/year, extra work pay at 1.5x, PF + ESI extra with no employee deduction as per company policy, yearly increment from 2028 based on performance, and promotion opportunity for capable candidates.

Requirement:

Polite, active, disciplined, customer-friendly candidate required. Experience in tiles, sanitaryware, hardware, paint, furniture, or building materials preferred. Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
