Factory Supervisor

### Job Overview

Speedigo Engineering & Technology is looking for an experienced Factory Supervisor to oversee day-to-day factory operations, inventory management, dispatch coordination, safety compliance, and production support activities. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and experience in manufacturing or engineering environments.

### Key Responsibilities

* Supervise daily factory operations and workforce activities.

* Manage inventory, raw materials, spares, tools, and equipment.

* Coordinate vehicle and material dispatches with transporters.

* Ensure proper loading, unloading, packing, and dispatch documentation.

* Conduct Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) before vehicle dispatch.

* Monitor stock levels and raise material procurement requests.

* Maintain issue and return records for materials and tools.

* Ensure maintenance of machinery, equipment, and factory assets.

* Monitor factory safety, housekeeping, and compliance standards.

* Maintain records of company vehicles, servicing, and usage.

* Manage factory assets, keys, security, and documentation.

* Handle petty cash records and operational expense documentation.

* Ensure proper daily factory closing procedures and reporting.
