We are expanding our dealer and distributor network aggressively and are looking for energetic professionals who can help us scale our market presence.

  • Job ResponsibilitiesAppoint new dealers, distributors, and channel partners in assigned territories.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with electricians, architects, contractors, retailers, and distributors.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct market visits and identify new business opportunities.
  • Promote ONEST LED product range to retailers and channel partners.
  • Handle product presentations and demonstrations.
  • Ensure timely collections and payment follow-ups from dealers.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
  • Coordinate with internal sales and dispatch teams for smooth order execution.
  • Submit daily visit reports and sales updates to management.
  • Preferred Candidate ProfileExperience in LED lighting, electricals, switches, cables, fans, sanitary, paints, or FMCG channel sales preferred.
  • Strong dealer/distributor network in Punjab region is an advantage.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented personality.
  • Ability to travel within assigned territory.
  • Knowledge of market expansion and channel sales.
  • MBA/Marketing candidates will be an added advantage.
  • Experience Required2 to 6 years of sales/business development experience preferred.
