SP Consultancy is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring high-energy field executives for our client, Paytm. The hired candidates will work on the ground to install Paytm QR codes and Soundboxes at merchant locations. Key Responsibilities:

Inbound & Outbound Calling, End-to-End Recruitment, Onboarding & Registration

Language: Hindi(Mandatory), Bangla, English, Tamil, Malayalam.

Payment: Commission Basis.

Payment Cycle: Your professional fee FOR ONE CALENDER MONTH will be credited to your registered bank account on 10TH or before 15TH of the next month.
