Shift Timings: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Position Overview:

The Security cum Valet Driver is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the property, guests, and vehicles, while providing courteous, prompt, and professional valet parking services. This dual-role position requires a dependable, alert individual with exceptional driving skills, excellent interpersonal behavior, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Valet & Driving Duties:

Greet arriving and departing guests politely and professionally.

Safely park, retrieve, and manage guest and property vehicles in designated parking areas.

Inspect vehicles for any pre-existing damage before taking charge and report any issues immediately.

Ensure keys are tagged, organized, and securely stored at all times.

Maintain orderly parking areas to ensure smooth traffic flow.

Security & Safety Operations:

Monitor entry and exit points to ensure only authorized guests and personnel enter the premises.

Perform regular foot patrols across the property to prevent unauthorized access, theft, or safety hazards.

Maintain a visitor log/register for incoming guests, vendors, and contractors if required.

Handle basic crowd control and manage traffic around the entrance area during peak hours.

Respond promptly and calmly to security incidents, emergency situations, or safety concerns.

Key Requirements & Qualifications:

License & Experience: Valid Indian Driving License (4-Wheeler / LMV) with a clean driving record. Prior experience driving both manual and automatic vehicles is essential.

Experience: Minimum 1–4 years of experience in valet driving, security, or driver-cum-security roles (hospitality or luxury estate experience is a plus).

Skills: Excellent driving skills, strong spatial awareness for parking, and basic understanding of security protocols.

Personal Attributes: Punctual, honest, physically fit, disciplined, and customer-oriented.

Languages: Working knowledge of Hindi / Konkani / English (basic communication for guest interactions).

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

Requires standing, walking, and driving (8:00 AM – 8:00 PM).

Daily work based in Anjuna, Goa.
