Job SummaryThe Marketing Merchandiser is responsible for executing in-store and on-ground branding activities, including planning, production, installation, and maintenance of POSM and other marketing materials. The role involves coordinating with internal marketing teams, vendors, printers, fabricators, and retail outlets to ensure brand visibility and campaigns are executed effectively and on time.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the production and execution of POSM materials such as:
• Posters
• Standees
• Danglers
• Shelf strips
• Wobblers
• Banners
• Glow signs
• Display units
• Branding boards
• Promotional displays
• Other in-store branding materials
• Coordinate with the design and marketing teams to ensure materials are produced according to approved artwork and brand guidelines.
• Source and coordinate with printers, fabricators, installers, and other vendors.
• Obtain quotations, compare costs, negotiate where required, and coordinate purchase orders.
• Monitor production timelines and ensure materials are delivered as per campaign schedules.
• Coordinate the installation and placement of POSM at retail outlets, stores, events, and other locations.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with installation teams and vendors to ensure timely execution.
• Visit outlets and market locations to check branding visibility, placement, and quality.
• Ensure all branding materials are installed according to approved guidelines and specifications.
• Take photographs and maintain installation/execution reports for completed activities.
• Track POSM inventory and ensure adequate availability of marketing materials.
• Coordinate the removal, replacement, or maintenance of damaged or outdated branding materials.
• Support the marketing team in executing promotions, launches, activations, events, and campaigns.
• Coordinate with sales teams and field teams to identify branding requirements at different locations.
• Maintain records of vendors, costs, quantities, locations, installations, and campaign execution.
• Ensure marketing activities are completed within the approved budget and timeline.
• Identify execution issues in the market and coordinate corrective action.
