Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to handle day-to-day AC, CCTV, and electrical maintenance at the site. The candidate should have practical technical knowledge and be able to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform AC servicing, troubleshooting, and basic repair/maintenance.
Monitor and maintain CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and related equipment.
Handle electrical maintenance, including lights, switches, sockets, wiring, MCBs, and basic electrical faults.
Conduct regular preventive maintenance of electrical and technical equipment.
Identify technical faults and complete repairs within the required time.
Maintain proper records of maintenance activities and breakdowns.
Coordinate with vendors/service providers for major repairs when required.
Follow all safety procedures and electrical safety standards.
Ensure all maintenance systems are operational and in good condition.
Required Skills
Hands-on experience in AC, CCTV & Electrical Maintenance.
Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of CCTV installation and troubleshooting.
Basic knowledge of AC maintenance and servicing.
Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and handle emergency breakdowns.
