•Handle primary and secondary sales in the assigned territory

•Visit retailers and distributors regularly

•Achieve monthly sales targets and productivity goals

•Ensure proper product availability and visibility in the market

•Build strong relationships with retailers and distributors

•Monitor competitor activities and market trends

•Maintain daily sales reports and market feedback

 Candidate Requirements 

•Graduate in any discipline

•Minimum 1 year of experience in FMCG field sales

•Good communication and negotiation skills

•Ability to work in field sales and travel locally

•Must be target-oriented and self-motivated

 Preferred Skills 

•Knowledge of FMCG market operations

•Distributor handling experience

•Retail coverage and market expansion skills
