Job Description

  • Perform Spot Welding and CO₂ (MIG) Welding operations as per drawings and specifications.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
  • Set up and operate welding machines and related equipment.
  • Ensure weld quality and dimensional accuracy of components.
  • Carry out grinding, finishing, and minor fabrication work when required.
  • Inspect welded joints and identify defects.
  • Follow safety procedures and use PPE during welding operations.
  • Maintain welding equipment and report any machine abnormalities.
  • Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality standards.
  • Keep the workplace clean and organized (5S compliance).
  • Required SkillsKnowledge of Spot Welding and CO₂/MIG Welding.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and measuring instruments.
  • Knowledge of welding parameters and quality standards.
  • Familiarity with welding safety practices.
  • Ability to work in shifts and under production targets.
